This classic Canberra blend is made from yellow-gold viognier which is co-fermented with spicy. This ensures the best integration of the ripe fruit flavours of shiraz and the lemon blossom fragrance of the viognier. This has resulted in a medium bodied wine with subtle, elegant and balanced structure built with plum and berry flavours giving a wonderful length of flavour.
